Let’s make Monday Mornings cool again! This little bit of Me-Time Monday is dedicated to all you fabulous ladies out there, who are looking for a little bit of chill as you navigate through the highs and lows of the menopause.
So in keeping with the release of my latest book, I have also created a free Mindful Menopause Wordsearch to add to your self-care toolkit.
My Mindful Morning
So Please grab yourself a mindful moment, enjoy a lovely cuppa and mull over a great selection of helpful words, that can help you focus on the positive and remind you to be gentle with yourself.
You can download right here.
More than just words..
They can help you focus
They are fun and relaxing
They reduce stress and anxiety
They are great for a memory boost
They boost mood and mental well-being
They can bring quiet to a ‘noisy’ mind
There is Power in Change
I love the power of words and especially how they can encourage an empowered mindset, so please make sure to focus on the meaning of each word as you search for it.. Let the energy of the words resonate inside your head. Let the words support your journey, believing that they can effect positive changes as you transition.

Mindful Activities..
Who knew creating these word searches would be such fun.. not to mention that I love filling them in too. Feel free to check in as I grow the collection here on substack. I will be dedicating each one to a well-being theme, as I think they would work well in a self care toolkit!
I hope you enjoy thoroughly engaging with the word search and I look forward to sharing lots of other well-being treats along the way.
SHINE A LIGHT ON MENOPAUSE
