I created this in the hope that you can grab 5 Magic Minutes to tune into some peace and harmony. Even if you can’t manage a morning session, there is no reason why you can’t plug in when you need to. It’s there to use any time!
I really enjoyed putting this meditation together, it’s something I have been wanting to do for a while. I must confess it was definitely a massive learning curve for me. From working on the script to finding the right background music. The hard bit was putting it all together in Audacity… and then… you have to listen to your own voice! I have been told that I have quite a calming voice, but it still sounds really weird listening to yourself. I will just let the words speak for themselves and hopefully create a little inner calm.
